[sharechat] averaging down and ffs

a couple of days ago i asked if there were any rules of thumb for averaging 
down.

derek watt responded with an ffs example and concluded "therefore it is 
probably only worth averaging down if you want more shares, rather than if 
you want to recover losses".

many thanks derek -- this is the single most valuable and straight-talking 
piece of advice i've had in months of worrying over the idea.  hooray for 
sharechat!
