I had a quick nose around their web page http://www.inertialessdrive.co.nz/default.htm

The technology they are promoting - BOB - is an almost exact rehash of a scam that ran in Australia in the early 80's. A 'magnetic polariser' that makes your car get better fuel efficiency by running the petrol over a magnet. In Australia the technology was proven to be an absolute fraud. There, the promoter's sole object was to separate granma and granpa investors out of their retirement nest-egg
