[sharechat] The Fletcher Soap: Playing at a Stockmarket Near You

I have spoken to a number of fundies today and it is
generally agreed that the only worse thing NZ could
have done was nationalise the company.

The Energy sale was news all over the financial world.
A big transaction. You NEVER, NEVER announce a sale
unless you are sure that the Commerce Commission is
going to approve it. The directors have spent millions
on this transaction and it is all for nothing.

Either someone at the Commission screwed the directors
or the directors screwed up. Either way millions of
bucks have been lost by institutions. NZ's credibility
is shot.

In addition, the sale announcement was preceded by one
of the clearest insider trading cases I can remember
hearing about. You'll lose credibility here too.

FLC will be punished severely when it opens tomorrow
your time and rightly so.

Unfortunately, you are now going to see a sell-off in
NZ stocks. Fundies have had enough of this third world
Eva Peron crap.

And to 2000@z.com don't worry about clowns like
Malcolm with no breath of mind. The bulk of chatters
understand where you are coming from. There are always
poorly educated types in any forum who can't
comprehend shades of meaning.
