Simple question. Assume interims have been
reported. Which is more accurate
A. PE for last full year or
B. PE for the last reported year i.e.H1 + H2 (being
full year less previous H1)
C. PE for H1 projected for full year.
Sorry not so simple answer.
Next question is: Who (important) is doing what
(important) with which (important also) and how well are they doing
it?
Message: Ignore PE. It is a one dimensional measure
and exists only as a point in time.
Use the PEG which links to the PE growth. Then
prospective PE is linked in to the equation which is much the more important
figure.
