Phil - yes the numbers are impressive ......... and the share price does not reflect them.

As posted the other day I still am concerned at the capital notes raising of $150M with no obvious reason for doing so. At the interest rate they are paying nearly $15M of interest a year to pay out.

Other companies that have raised money in this way to fund acquisitions have tended to make some unwise and hurried decisions.

It obviously burnt holes in pockets and the cash could not be sent fast enough.

I hope that SKC is not in this position.

Anybody know what they intend to do with this cash?
