[sharechat] Insider Trading Review

Refer Bian Gaynor's article in 7 Oct Business Herald. A review is under way by Ministry of Economic Development and submissions close Friday 13 Oct.

Under consideration is immediate disclosure of share dealings by directors & "senior executives" and continuous disclosure as in other countries.

Please read article and make submissions this week in order to support these worthwhile changes or the status quo might continue to prevail.

We want to know these share dealings now not a year later in the next annual report.
