I'd say its very useful if you want very big consistent returns
and can wait a year or two to get them rather than going for
a flash in the pan.
Potentially all the port companies, any other airports getting
listed, NZ Refining, TRANZ, Cap Props to the extent of its
Wgtn Govt bldgs, the Warehouse in the sense of its unique
delivery, low cost &; probably some others which don't come
straight off the top of one's head but can be seen by scrolling
down the lists.
Coys that have some sort of natural monopoly, aren't into
commodities, have good management and track record (yes, ok
TRANZ Rail), and have been growing steadily and have some
barriers to entry in their industry where they are.
