There is no problem with buying the initial head shares on credit and
selling prior to having to come up with any money early next week.

Agreed you would have to come up with some cash to fund the rights issue and
this would have to be paid prior to 3 november You wouldn't get the shares
until a week later but thats what we have banks for.

The most critical timing of the deal would be the drop in share price from
this friday until monday but if you don't wan't to sweat why don't you buy a
November Put Option (as traded on the NZFOE) I think there is zero open
interest but you can probaly still get a market maker to write you one.

I do have to agree it is a GREAT Scheme
