Pacific Lithium Ltd (PLL) has now currently been migrated to USA. PLL 
shareholders
will receive Ilion shares once the migration is complete. The IPO is scheduled
for January 2001. PLL has closed the books on share trading. That means it is
too late to buy PLL shares. PLL shares last traded at NZ$20 per share.

The team at PLL has been working very hard to make this IPO a success and l
have every confident in them.

The best thing about having shares in PLL is that when you sell your shares
you receive US Dollars.
