Isn't it wonderful how many "investors?" still see
property as the way to riches. After all you can touch and feel it while a share
is only a piece of paper and not even that today.
And shares are volatile aren't they? And they can
go down and because you have to get back what you paid, you become an investor
rather than a trader.
Oh dear, I will have to console myself with being
able to sell my loss making shares with a couple of touches on the keys of my
computer while that bloke with his property may go bankrupt waiting for his
buyer. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.
