Refer my post re SKC and what they are doing with their cash raised from the 
capital notes issue.

Oli - that supports your argument to a certain extent.

At least you are using free money to make your fortune on shares - compared to 
SKC who seem to pay to get money and then don't appear to be using it except 
investing in the money market

These student loans do appear to be creating a bit of liquidity on the market.

I'll leave the student loan debate at that.
