[sharechat] SKC - doing what with cash raised in capital notes issue?

I only there is not a connection between these two headlines

IN-HOUSE INQUIRY ON SKY CASINO &#8211; CERTAIN TO BE A WHITEWASH (says Winston 
Peters) as reported today about how much "shrinkage" there has been in the past

and

SKC: OFFER OF UP TO $150M CAPITAL NOTES BY SKY CITY CLOSES on 25/7 


Seriously though what are SKC doing with this cash. On all accounts Adelaide 
Casino was coming from existing resources. Canbet was only small and they 
apparently have only options.

Pretty big interest bill every year if not used productively.

Anybody else with thoughts
