I suspect your best bet is Rothschild's 'International Biotech Trust' - a UK Investment Trust which you can purchase on the London Stock Exchange through your broker. The stock symbol is IBT. For more information pop along to the following address.

You'll find a complete profile of the fund at this address. Although past performance is no indicator of future performance, the fund has done a rather impressive 458% over the last year (its also priced at a 16% discount to its asset value).
