[sharechat] MIM - World Outlook - Chartys
Well I didn't get slaughted overnight as I thought I might. Still, post
April this year, the markets are a very hard place to make money :(
A question for any economists posting to this group, and I know
there is at least one - what do you think of the effects that the fuel
price increases and the currency turmoil will have on overall world
economic growth.
The major commentors don't seem to be reducing their estimates
that much, although, I'm starting to feel more than a little uneasy,
especially given some of the equity market developments over the
last week.
My major reason for asking is I'm thinking that MIM (ASX) is
looking pretty cheap at the moment, currently trading A$1.05. But
this is only so while world growth remains on track to fuel the price
of the resource sector.
I note Egoli have a valuation of A$2.00 over the next 12 months ... I
just don't know, and I've taken a few too many knocks lately to
have another disaster.
And by the way, what does MIM look like to the Charty's :) at the
moment (Tony).
[I might look to build a little more CGB on Monday at current
prices].
