I have posted on this subject before.
I am a retired Pharmacist,  and having had quite a lot of contact with the
Retirement home Industry, my opinion is that it is a very difficult
operation to make profitable at this time.
Until the true costs of providing these services can be cheerfully met by
willing purchasers, the market will continue to be under serious buyer
resistance.
