I was going to ask the same question, this company has had good ratings from
some brokers and although all retiremnt homes shares are out of favour at
the moment why is ELD, being so savaged. Should I average down or is there
something I don't know. I am not sure if the sales are all small or are
there some large bail outs?
Everywhere is walking distance if you have time
