Tony,

I've still been using them over the past few months, on a reduced basis 
given the sickness of the market!

Have still found them to be very responsive and access to research is still 
a big plus.

I understand they have just moved offices so this may have something to do 
with the reasoning behind your comments?  I have certainly noticed an 
improvement in the time to get paid put sales proceed.

Any specific issues you're had problems with?
