Hi Everyone,

ShareChat is offering investors the chance to share in the ownership of a
Marlborough wine company called The Crossings (Marlborough) Limited.

The company intends combining two established vineyards, the Medway and
Brackenfield vineyards, with a third Awatere Valley property it has bought
and will develop. Together, these three vineyards will have 140 hectares or
345 acres of planted vineyard and be capable of producing 70,000 cases of
premium wine a year by 2005.

The offer is for up to 6 million ordinary shares at a price of $1.00 per
share, to be paid in two instalments: 50 cents payable on application and 50
cents payable on 28 February next year. The minimum subscription is $5,000
with further shares available in multiples of $1,000.
