I guess this highlights the difference of content and form...

It has been my experience that people who concentrate on form do so because
they have bugger-all to say (content) but want to make it look impressive
(form).  Most prospectuses fall into this category.  Actually a lot of
prospectuses positively go out of their way to obscure the truth behind
flashy graphics and airbrushed CEO's

Some sharechatters fail on both counts of course when they argue in
plaintext that black is white, or seller's markets are actually buyer's
markets.
