[sharechat] SMR / Commsoft
Hi
I have contacted Strathmore twice on the Commsoft listing. Yesterday I was
told by SMR that due to the overwhelming response to the offer there were
delays in allocating shares, listing, sending confirmation of shares
allocated etc. No mention was made of the listing date.
Today I followed up with the email below and contacted the NZSE. Whilst the
NZSE were understanding and agreed that SMR should inform the market of
delays I don't believe the NZSE will / can force SMR to notify the market.
Apparently the "offer document" only "indicated" a listing date of Sep 13,
they don't have to list on this date. Commsoft listing documents are with
the NZSE lawyers now and a dual listing on the NZSE and ASX should occur on
Monday.
I believe that SMR have a responsibilty to inform the market of all relevant
details, not to deliberatley leave shareholders in the dark.
I would assume that SMR wants to inform the market of all news as evidenced
by chief executive Peter Saunders talking to ShareChat only last month. If
I could email Peter Saunders I would!
They have failed with Commsoft.

Hi Annie
can you tell me what is happening with the Commsoft offer, they were
supposedly listing today in Australia?
I have received no notification indicating share holdings etc. or listing.
This is yet another example of extremely poor communication between
Strathmore and shareholders. Hard to understand how your company can be
involved in the communication industry but yet be so absymal at
communicating to the market and shareholders.
