Any ideas of the ramifications of the Commerce Commission vetoing sale of FEG to Shell? Commmerce Commission currently showing itself to be very cautious re monopolies, eg Turoa Ski field, Village Froce & Hoyts ...(which are merely leisure activities) ...how are they to view a near monopoly in area as essential as oil and gas? Note they have again postponed a decison (to 29th sept) according to article in Monday's (11 sept) Press. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.sharechat.co.nz/ New Zealand's home for market investors http://www.netbroker.co.nz/ Trade on Credit, Low Brokerage.
