More than happy to discuss Commsoft a few days after
it lists. I do believe it is a good company.

The NZSE doesn't care about the small investor and
hasn't since about 1987 - except for a slow patch in
the early nineties. Their almost every utterance is
anti-small investor, or so it seems. A good case for
tighter regulation, I feel. It is no good ringing them
either and expressing horror. They will just laugh at
you.

Deb:

Don't know what you mean by legality - tax legality?;
purchase legality? or other. The best way to get
Aussie shares is to have an Aussie address and bank
account which someone can run for you.
