Hi Steve,
Thanks for that. I'd already caught up on the Blis figure. Interesting
though that the media can be so inaccurate, although that shouldn't really
suprise me anymore I suppose. I read an article somewhere the other day, it
may have been in NBR, where the journalist spoke about SCL being on the
secondary board! I wonder what planet he's been on for the last year or
more!
Your statistic on A2 rounds out my picture nicely. I'd be interested in your
Forbar report if you can EMail it. 
I invested in SCL some months back at 66 cents so am feeling pretty good
about that but not selling, in for the long haul. I think they may well pull
a few more rabbits out of the hat. Some of their other investments are
pretty lateral. They hold a stake in EStaronline, sometimes maligned in this
group because of their Etailing focus. I think EStar have a promising
future. Etailing will eventually take off; only a matter of time. I hold no
Estar at present.

I've been trying to get some more information on these companies myself, and
should receive Forsyth Barr's report tomorrow re A2.
 
In answer to your other questions, SCL owns 1,925,000 shares in A2, and
depending on which paper you read they either own 4,000,000 shares in Blis
or 15.5% of Blis (6,200,000 shares). However they all agree that there are
40,000,000 Blis shares on issue. 
Both A2 and Blis were issued at 10c per share.
