Reading through a magazine, an article about a NZ pay-per-track MP3 site caught my eye. The people behind it realised however that a lot of young people don't have a credit card. Here is the thing which I thought was interesting:

.... now he entered a partnership with a telephone company, which he says will produce a breakthrough in credit card-free online micropayments - a spin-off that could have huge e-commerce potential.

Any sharechatter knows more about who or what he is talking about?
