Hi

noticed in Ozzy yesterday (access-brokerage ASX RMG news) that RMG has 
purchased Ford Credit NZ book for $7.5m via RMG shares.

Dilution not good for current shareholders (I am a recent shareholder at a 
higher price) but too be competitive they have to grow the business to take 
on the likes of Baycorp.

My preference is obviously a rising shareprice but am happy for RMG not to 
over-extnd themselves with borrowings to grow their book.  It's early days 
for them, amalgamating 20 odd businesses, advertising, marketing etc. a 
major job that's not going to happen overnight.
