Hi

Sorry I don't have any inside information about NGL, but I would say, is that 
the market  they are in, are the businesses that move to  new players.  From 
Telecom to Clear to ..... Telecom wins them back then change to ......  etc.   
Maybe after NGL they will move to someone like E-phone??  or World Xchange.  
Anyway I think NGL has a big place in NZ with not a lot of others doing what 
they do.  (Been nice to their customers on-going)
