Yes, I think the deregulation and competition for customers in the States
(electricity) will bode well for the Lucent deal with SPE and Wel. A very
well known name and monster co. Investors are cautious at the moment and
don't seem to be reacting to news, SPE goes for RMG (Transalta) and ITC
(sale exonet). All tracking backwards for now.
