[sharechat] Genesis Research

I read last week that Genesis was lodging a prospectus this week. Does
anyone know which broker they are using and when they will be available to
retail investors?
Anyone have any thoughts on the issue, there are already a few institutions
on the register and they have signed a big deal with a pharmaceutical
company in the states, it may be a good long term hold. What do others
think?
