Funny you should say that, I've been concentrating on FFS all week, yet I've 
made alot more this week from WDT and I don't pay much attention to them.

On the other hand with the bulk of my portfolio in FFS & WDT it's been a 
very interesting time. I would still be surprised if there were no 
announcements about FFS next week however.

What caught my eye yesterday was that Nissho Iwai (a Japanese company) is 
involved is a bidder. I don't know about the other bidders but Nissho Iwai 
has assets of about $145 B (NZD), so for it $1 B for FFS doesn't seem to be 
a big investment, and the dispute with Citic would merely be an 
inconvenience. It is also a forward-thinking company and wouldn't buy just 
to make a quick buck, but as part of a very much longer term strategy. So 
I'm hanging in there for a bit longer just in case.

Does anyone know anything about the other bidders?
Also, does anyone know how much would 40000 hectares of forest be worth?
