I think the preferential SPO to current holders will keep it honest for a
while. "Please bear in mind the Company proposes a subsequent public
offering (SPO) to raise approximately $2,000,000. This will take place at
the same time as the acquisition of ROCOM Limited. You will receive a notice
of shareholder meeting with relevant information about this proposal. As a
shareholder of ROCOM wireless you will receive preferential allocations of
shares in this SPO.
If todays anything to go by, and the fact I only got 40% of my sub. This
could be another boomer.
