Hi Les,
Yes you are correct. GRD was set up in 1994 with FFS as one of 
their major shareholders. At that time they were involved with gene 
mapping of radiata pine. They have since then extended into 
several other exciting biotec areas with very promising results.
 The proposed float should be very sought after and may explain 
the sudden increase in FFS price today.
