        I suspect the dip in price is due to the news that frucor lost
their latest court battle with red bull over frucors use of the words
 "vitalises body and mind"  which is on cans of V. Red bull argue that
they were using that phrase before frucor.
           To my mind it shows that red bull is taking the new competition
very seriously, which means they must think V is a serious rival , good
news for frucor fans.
   However it may also mean frucor will have to change the wording on their
cans
and some of their advertising.
             There are probably plenty of investors who bailed out on this
news,
     taking the view that they had made a nice quick profit from the share.
   However, the buisness of the wording on the can is  of small concern.
 What really counts is how well the drink catches on in the uk/ireland.
    We still dont know, all we do know is that the potential upside is
huge.
