[sharechat] RMG/ELD

Following on from postings two weeks ago relating to the main shareholders
of RMG and the announcements posted to ASX particularly relating to ELD.

The lawyers for ELD gave me a full breakdown of the information they sent
to ASX (Form 604)

Unlike the NZSE, ASX only publish the main details from this form which in
this instance has led to the difficulty in getting a clear picture of the
overall share holding. The various parties have holdings in one another
which complicates the issue.

As was surmised the total holding of the interconnected parties (
E.Watson,Cullen Inv.,ELD, Golf Inv & Spell Inv.) is 26.46 %

Technically the details posted are correct however the actual announcements
are difficult to follow.
I did suggest to the lawyers that some clarification would be helpful but
they do not think this is necessary.

I must say that the ASX and Eldercare's lawyers were most helpful in
providing information even though the final outcome is the status quo. In
the process I have learnt more about how the system works.

One final point is that the ELD notice was also sent to NZSE but they only
publish "Home" announcements. The "Home" for RMG is of course the ASX
