Interesting comments about volatility of the NASDAQ and the impact that is has
or doesnt have on the NZSX.

Interesting thought as to what drives share prices up -

>From yesterday's press

The High Court has fined Carter Holt Harvey $525,000 for anti-competitive
behaviour ....etc RESULT ....Carter Holt stock finished up six cents at
$1.93. - NZPA

and todays announcement from the NZSX re Telecom

The Commerce Commission has commenced court action against Telecom
Corporation of New Zealand alleging that Telecom contravened section 36 of The
Commerce Act in introducing ....etc
RESULT/MARKET REACTION Todays movement on the market ... up 13 cents

Maybe we are a perverse nation after all. Fundamnetalists / Chartists /Inside
Traders or whoever eat your heart out. The way to go is to be naughty .........

Interesting thoughts - who is next up before the Commerce Commission?

Have a good day

Peter
