Re your recent posts on ADV. plunging. I thought you might
like this tale.
I bought 10,000 ADV. @ $1.11 in June 1997. I spent the next 12
months watching it really plunge to 20 cents. They got so
low it wasn't worth bailing out. No-one could tell me why they
plunged so, but the Co did go through a succession of GM's I recall. Displaying
remarkable confidence and bravado I participated in the rights issue @ 20 cents
when Watson and Co stepped in, and crossed my fingers. I was rewarded by seeing
the price rise to 45 cents and cheerfully sold out having regained my
capital and foreswearing never to touch the b**** stock again. The
rest of course is history as it then soared to the giddy heights of $5.00 +
immediately after I sold! Such is the lot of a share trader /
investor.

(Will possibly look at purchasing ADV again when it reaches
20c)
