That's right! In an article in this morning's SST it is reported that the
beleagured Warriors may be publicly floated if the Yes Group's offer
for Tainui's stake is accepted.
If there onfield performance is anything to go by how well can they
expect their share price to perform? And if their performance on the field
isn't up to anything how do they expect to sell any significant
quantity of merchandise and attract good sponsorship
deals? Not even the Mad Butcher's enthusiasm could entice my money into
this prospective IPO!
This wooden spooner looks destined for the ranks of
the penny dreadful.
Now the AB's on the other hand there's a marketing machine I could buy
into. Just imagine the buying opportunities after last years World Cup! =)
Now lets hear the other side of the coin. Positive outlooks
welcomed...
