John, could u tell us more? If this is true, I would expect it to be Exo-net. They are currently seeking $10m of capital to fund its expansion in Asia(source: Merrill's report). I think it could well be a possible trade sale by IT Capital who spent $1.52m for its 33.5% stake in Exo-net. The last round of financing of Exo-net 3 months ago saw its value increased from 4.3m to 20m, therefore it is possible that IT Capital's 33.5% stake could well be worth around $12m. Also Exo-net is IT Capital's first investment since its restructuring from Iddison last year. Well, this is rumour anyway.
