Whenever I look at purchasing a share I always like to line up 
another equivalent share for comparison.    I think it means there is 
less chance of falling in love with your prospective share purchase.

I would in no way regard myself as an expert on TEL, but personally I 
like their new direction, buying into AAPT in Australia, and I think 
they came out relatively lightly from the Hugh Fletcher lead review 
of the NZ Telecommunications industry.     Sure the dividend is 
liable to be cut but if anything that may benefit the shareprice.

I'm not saying that TEL isn't headed lower in the short term, but 
given the choice between TEL and TLS, I'd be accumulating TEL at the 
moment. SNOOPY
