The past doesn't really concern me but the soft comm property market does.If
they say lose even 10pc of NTA value to 64c and the market just firms then
the price @.17 could double and still not be much over half NTA.By five
years I mean a long term hold not really literally five years.. there could
be some trading opp in between.More a long slow recovery.As Brian points out
they have quality and are working mostly on that and debt reduction.Downside
from here is getting thin IMO and good long term investors stock.A 2c gain
now = 11%+...Just looking for the bottom...maybe 16c is it.Regards QTN..I
did read it somewhere and remember studying the sensitive nature of QTN
development having some effects on NZ market..(I hope).
