[sharechat] PCCW & Telstra

Interesting Stocktake article on Telstra. The PCCW deal is obviously the big 
test for Ziggy Switkowski and TLS. Because of the restrictive laws of many 
Asian countries, foreign companies need to enter there as a joint partner and 
this appears to be what TLS is doing. Wonder whether our own TEL will look 
further to Asian markets to improve its own position.
