If you are a registered client of Direct Broking our watchlist has email
alerts available.

I suggest you check with your broker - they may well already have this
service available.

Is any one aware of any free/pay service that issues an email upon chosen
share reaching user defined level?
if not perhaps there is a market for someone to add such a service
