[sharechat] FEG - Food For Thought

From: "Ben Dutton" <bendutton@sharechat.co.nz>

Here's some food for thought on this early Sunday evening.

Capstone Turbine (CPST: NASDAQ) closed in the U.S. on Friday at 62 - up
15.89% that day.

Fletcher Energy (FEG: NZSE) own 8,080,000 shares in CPST.

FEG's stake is thus currently worth USD$500,960,000

That's NZD$1,086,381,856 (yes, over one billion).

FEG's price on the NZSE at close on Friday was $6.92

This gives FEG a market capitalization of NZD$2,375,703,027

Interesting huh?

My conclusion after seeing this is that we haven't seen the last of any
upside in FEG's share price. Sure, the NASDAQ is volatile, and the CPST
share price may start to slip, but FEG should be going through the roof on
this news.

Let's wait and see what happens.

Incidentally - some American investors have already started a board on CPST
at Raging Bull. Check it out at:

http://www.ragingbull.altavista.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CPST

It has some interesting info on just what CPST does, and some pretty bullish
comments, as one would expect :)

Happy trading

Benjamin Dutton
(Disclosure: Do not own shares in FEG - yet).
