I think there is a High Court hearing today over the compulsory 
aquisition of Infratil's holding in NCH.  It is more of an arbitration 
hearing though and I would be surprised of an outcome today.  NCH have 
offered 130c to take on the IFT holding. 

NCH is now being re-rated after a rights period low of 118c.  Prior to 
the rights period it was around 170c which is more the price IFT are 
seeking.  Still short of the 200c they paid.

Don't be surprised to watch NCH keep rising.  My broker values it at 203c.
