I believe SPE headshares, rights, and options will get a good boost tomorrow. Lucent is a major player, and having them licensing PV2 will give Wel Tech credibility and potential business with telecommunication companies as well as utility companies. The bottom line is, unlike other tech companies, Wel Tech (or SPE) is alreay making money.

The deadline for the rights is 21/7.
