Kevin,
The good thing for RMG/FRO investors is that the vendors of the various
businesses (which make up the new company and who have received shares in 
the new company as part of the deal) have voluntarily agreed not to sell 
shares in the company for a period of at least 12 months from
20/06/2000. I predict an opening price of $0.55. For those interested in 
perusing the RMG company prospectus, this can be accessed through 
www.fpnl.com.au.
