[sharechat] AQL backdoor listing nil
The chances of AQL being used for a backdoor listing
are practically nil in my opinion. Consider the facts.
The company has 228,257,742 shares on issue. If the
company eventually manages to sell off all of its
assets, it will need to use the funds realised to pay
off all debts. From all accounts there will be no
money left. Who in their right mind would be using
such a company for a backdoor listing when the 228
million shares are practically worth nothing? Maybe
the Einsteins amongst us can come up with a solution
which we will pass on to AQL.
