[sharechat] ITCOD no premium anymore?

I see ITCOD is trading at exactly 17.5 cents less than ITC (i.e. 12.5c) - 
have investors decided there is no advantage in buying options anymore? I 
believe it is August that they will be exercised..any thoughts?
