I don't know about the UK resident bit but it's not too much of a worry as
last time I looked I was coming in 16934th place having managed to turn my
GPB 500k into GBP 446k in very short order! 

However all is not lost as I expect that some bold trading in warrants will
have me storming up the table by the end of the week
