Geoff, I'm a great believer in complaining to the right person first. Have you spoken to the broker re your conerns directly? If you do not get an adequate response, I would suggest the next step is approaching the MD of the brokerage and if still no satisfaction try an official complaint to the NZSE. I fully understand your annoyance but the risks of libel, as outlined by Phil, are worth considering. Also, my experience is people thrive on indirect complaint. Sparking a wave of broker discontent on Sharechat may drown us in a deadening debate for a few days. What I would like to see on Sharechat is a properly conducted poll where we get to vote *for* our favourite brokeages. Ben I think this site has come of age, the Ditmus interview for example, and maybe it is time to construct and conduct a poll that sends a message to retail brokers not to mention the good PR for this site. Do others share my sentiment and wish to uncover the Sharechat 'Best Brokerage' award winner.
