[sharechat] FFS valuations
99' interim report states nta at $1.42 and debt to book capitalisation at a
reasonable 35%.According to their financial statements, debt repayments are
being made relatively easily and they are still making some profits. Is it
likely that these figures could be so incredibly wrong ?.Where does this
figure of $0.70 come from ?,my suspicion is somebody found this treasure at
the bottom of a wheatbix box.
FFS is certainly doing it tough but there are some good things going on
behind the scenes too.A highly successful sales strategy in north
america,more manufatured product(value adding)and even a bio-tech twist on
the side.As for legal problems, has anybody recently read any articules
regarding BHP and their OK tedi disaster in the making? or perhaps the
attempted class action against Pascminco recently?
Anybody know of a company that hasn't been taken to court?
There doesnt appear to be too much downside from here even though upside may
be less than some would like but who really knows? One can only "speculate".
